This Privacy Policy explains how Dripe Team ("Dripe", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Dripe mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you have questions or requests, contact us at mewuybcqjz9897@outlook.com.

1) Who this Policy Applies To

The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information we receive from others (for example, when required to comply with law or protect rights).

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support: the content of messages you send to support (including attachments you choose to provide).
  • Content you create or upload: photos of wardrobe/accessories/beauty products and related notes you enter (for example, usage frequency). Some features may work fully on-device; others may require optional upload for processing (see Section 3).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information: device type, operating system version, language, app version, identifiers (such as advertising identifier or similar device identifiers where permitted), network information, and general diagnostic data.
  • Usage data and analytics: feature usage, interactions, performance metrics, and aggregated statistics.
  • Crash logs: crash reports and related diagnostic information to help us fix issues.
  • Location information (only if you allow it): approximate location and/or precise location depending on your device settings and your permission choice. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

If you use our website, web-based features, or embedded web views, we may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, help secure the Service, and understand usage in an aggregated way.

3) Photos, Face Data, and Optional AI/Analysis Processing

3.1 No face recognition; no biometric identification

We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification. We do not create biometric templates. If a photo incidentally contains a face, we treat it as ordinary image content for the limited purposes described here.

3.2 Default local storage; user control

By default, your photos and item data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload them (for example, to use a cloud processing feature, to sync, or to restore across devices, if available). You control whether to upload content.

3.3 Optional AI/automated analysis features

Dripe may offer smart suggestions and personalized analysis to help you decide what to keep or toss. If you choose to use features that require server-side processing, you may upload images and/or text you provide.

  • Processing location: processed on Dripe Team-controlled servers.
  • No third-party sharing: not shared with any third party for processing.
  • No training/marketing: not used to train models or for marketing.
  • Deletion after processing: deleted from our servers as soon as processing is completed (or within a short period required to reliably deliver the result).

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation, authentication, and core functionality).
  • Personalize your experience and generate recommendations (including automated analysis, where you opt in).
  • Improve the Service (debugging, analytics, performance, and feature development).
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Protect safety, security, and integrity (fraud prevention, abuse detection, and enforcement).
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information.

5) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary, and only with appropriate safeguards.

5.1 With service providers (processors)

We may share information with vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, and customer support tools). They are required to use the information only to provide services to us and to protect it.

5.2 With your consent

We may share information if you ask us to or otherwise consent.

5.3 For legal reasons and protection of rights

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent or investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security issues.

5.4 Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.

We follow a "minimum necessary" approach to sharing.

6) International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest (where appropriate), access controls and least-privilege practices, periodic security reviews and audits, and backups and recovery measures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Account data: retained while your account is active.
  • Account deletion: delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days (unless legally required to retain longer).
  • Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Customer support communications: retained for up to 6 months.
  • Server-side processing uploads: deleted after processing (see Section 3.3).

9) Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, email mewuybcqjz9897@outlook.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

  • Manage location permissions in your device settings.
  • Manage notifications in your device settings.
  • Manage cookies through browser/device settings (where applicable).

10) Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new "Effective Date" when changes take effect.
